Holds a BSc in Economics from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF, in Rio de Janeiro) and an MBA in Project Management from IBMEC. Currently working as project manager and energy consultant at PSR with regulatory advisory services to the market (electricity and natural gas), participating in: (i) monitoring regulatory changes and their respective impacts; (ii) advice related to the challenges of the current regulatory framework and the sector’s modernization; (iii) regulatory diligences of electricity and gas assets; (iv) hydrogen certification and regulatory studies; (v) regulatory challenges for the insertion of new technologies; (vi) research and development projects. Prior to that she worked for six years in the department of energy economic studies of the Energy Research Office (EPE) and for more than two years in the market and business department of the International Center on Renewable Energy (CIBiogás). She has experience in regulatory and public policies, business modeling, energy transition, market analysis, economic feasibility, renewable energy, energy demand scenarios and energy efficiency.
