Joint Event on Women’s Day: +Mujeres para el Hidrógeno Verde on March 8

Women in Green Hydrogen is co-hosting a virtual event on the 8^th of March for International Women’s Day! The focus of the event is on women in the green hydrogen sector in Chile and Latin America. The event will be held in Spanish.  

The energy sector is an industry with a strong male presence, since according to data from the Ministry of Energy, only 23% are women, which shows the existing barriers and gender gaps. 

The event, organized by the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Program of GIZ, the Energy Partnership Chile Germany and the Ministry of Energy, is especially designed for young women who are beginning their professional studies or are entering the labour market. 

The event will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 PM CET and 3:00 to 4:30 PM Chilean time.
