Caroline leads on the development of Germserv's hydrogen consultancy services in France. She brings to the team hydrogen expertise gained through various roles in the UK's Department of Energy Security and Net Zero. Initially a policy advisor for hydrogen trade and investment, Caroline was then in charge of the first two reviews of the Low Carbon Hydrogen Standard. More recently she helped develop the strategy and policy around the deployment of Hydrogen to Power in the UK.

Prior to her career in hydrogen, Caroline has experience in international affairs, economic policy and sustainable finance. She has worked in Canada, the US, France and the UK in various public and private sector roles.

Caroline has a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the Université de Montréal, a Master's in International Economic Policy from NPSIA and a Master's in Environmental Governance from the University of Manchester.
