Bansi Shukla

Bansi Shukla, a dedicated climate change professional, has nearly ten years of experience in the field. She believes in promoting and supporting low-carbon transition initiatives. Currently, Bansi is working as Senior Manager at Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, in which role she focuses on decarbonising the industry, building, and cooling sectors. Before this, she was instrumental in developing strategies for Energy Efficiency Services Limited, a Joint Venture under the Ministry of Power, fostering tangible last-mile impacts. Bansi has travelled in Southeast Asia to showcase the practicality of implementing energy-efficient solutions in residential areas, regions that face a heightened vulnerability to climate change. Her expertise spans various energy efficiency sectors, including cooling, domestic lighting, building design, solar technology, and rural electric micro-mobility.
